Young and modern Spreewald cuisine and local ingredients characterize the restaurant of the Therme.

It was clear from the beginning that our guests in the Spreewald Therme should experience the Spreewald "the wellness way". Onions, cucumbers, horseradish and many other kinds of vegetables characterize the cultivation of field vegetables in Burg. Most of our suppliers do not come from far away, but right from the neighborhood. The juices come from the Spreewald, and the vegetables grow next door.

Modern, wellness-oriented cuisine with fresh salads and vegetable variations can also be found as regional classics as well as the fine cakes. In the hot season, you can enjoy ice cream or a cool drink on the large sun terrace next to the Spreewald garden.
